Hello! Yes, it is me. I know you are
probably thinking ‘What?! Where have you been?!’ either that or ‘Oh,
god. It’s her again…’ probably the latter haha. To start with I thought
I would make this post instantly more interesting by showing you my cat, who I have missed so much.
He’s being a baby in this picture, bless him! Anyway, I am sorry but I
have been busy writing my ‘lovely’ essay, which is now finished and
handed in. Done and dusted. What a relief! I love this feeling, it’s a
weight and worry off my shoulders. Although, I also feel lost, like
‘what do I do now?!’. Ah well. To celebrate we had cake (delicious red
velvet) and I have been catching up on Game of Thrones (which I've only
recently jumped on the bandwagon of), as well as having a few days for myself to chill.
I must say, I did not enjoy writing this essay as much as last semesters one. The subject didn’t interest me as much, which meant I couldn’t get into it. The question I chose to write about was ‘What is the ideolody of the white cube according to Brian O’Doherty? Summarise his argument and analyse a specific exhibition’s use of space to examine it in pracise.’ Admittedly, it was the easiest of the questions to do. I know this because I changed questions the week before it was due in and managed to complete it in time.
So I am back, sort of, only in the sense that I have managed to write this blog post, which is not about much, but that is it. I am home and have been enjoying having more space. However, it is cold and I miss the uni showers. The best thing has been seeing the cats, they were all here to greet me when I arrived home, even the neighbours cat from down the road haha. I had planned to do a drawing each day while I am on holidays and share it with you all, but this has not started yet. I have a feeling I am not going to be as productive as I had hoped. Wish me luck! I’m going to need it.
